Wall Sconce

The Wall Sconce has been a Task lighting fixture for many years, common to both residential and commercial structures. In Low Voltage Landscape Lighting it has often been relegated to just lighting columns when in fact so much more can be done with this versatile fixture.

The WS2900is a single bulb fixture that can be used for the traditional column lighting job, it can also be used like bookneds on either side of a garage door to illuminate the area around the doors as the resident approaches the home. In addition other columns can be down lit on the home.

Taking us to the entry points of a home the wall sconces can be sued to illuminate areas of security concern like near gates or near dark areas that may provide access to the homes side or rear yards. The use of the wall sconce allows the user to move the fixture off of the ground where it may be easily tripped over or where maintenance may become an issue.

BBQ Islands and Outdoor Living Environments are another potential application for  the use of this utility light. Placement on wood posts of a pergola allows for soft illumination and ambience, while a well-placed wall sconce along the back splash, on a nearby wall, or a well-placed post can illuminate the grill surface area as well as surrounding environments to provide lighting where it would otherwise not be possible.
